Background

Antony Hilton is an experienced corporate attorney and entrepreneur.  He has provided legal services to a diverse range of corporate and individual clients, representing companies as retained general/in-house counsel.  Clients represented include Private Equity Investors, Venture Capital Funds, online and software companies, SAAS, crowdfunding and social networking groups, manufacturers, investment bankers, and small family offices involved in a range of international deals.  The types of services he has provided include advice, guidance and work product on business transactions, legal disputes, policy formation, regulatory questions, international trade, investment and financing, licensing, strategic partnerships, employment, e-commerce, IP, and has performed as board secretary.  Antony provides oversight on outsourced legal concerning IP, litigation and Series A/B deals as well.  Antony is also an experienced litigator, having represented parties on business and shareholder disputes in federal and state courts, multinational controversies and worked on NAFTA arbitration matters.  His experience extends from the trial level to appellate work (with a 72% success rate on appeal), including work on matters put before SCOTUS.

As an entrepreneur, Antony has worked as partner, co-founder and executive to companies involved in interactive television, online advertising networks and technology, IPTV, social network sites, and crowdfunding services. In addition to his adopted duties as General Counsel and Board Secretary, Antony has worked as a team leader in technical development ideation and planning, operations management, internal governance structuring and executive team building, and business development.  His work as a business man has involved him in deals with major companies like Time Warner, Cable Vision, Nokia, and others.
